not eating when you are stressed... that is when to drink water.. avoid dried and processed foods.. think cave man days!!!! if it didn't walk the earth or grow out the earth don't touch it.. make sense...relaxation... at night is good.. just sit comfortable breath properly, and think of some where peaceful, beach or fields.. let your self chill
