Small Coughs & Misty Eyes & Hair Up After Bathroom Visit

I struggle on/off with EDNOS and purge. Two things -- if I've purged a LOT in a day (like upwards of 3 times), I will often develop a weird, small cough in the evening because of my throat being irritated. Also, purging makes me tear up, and so often after purging my eyes look like I've been crying. Finally, I always carry a hairband and sometimes would have my hair down, go to the bathroom and put it up to purge, and then pretend I was in the bathroom so long because I was putting up my hair.
