A Self Love Meditation To Help Develop Loving habits In Bulimia Recovery

Doing a self love meditation each day will help build neural pathways of self love within your mind. This promotes bulimia recovery and will allow you to heal.

To do this self love meditation, please allow about 20 minutes. This is enough time to go deeply into a place of love and peace.

Sit quietly somewhere where you won't get interrupted, and take 20 minutes out just for you. Think of it as an important investment in your bulimia recovery :)

After taking this time for yourself, you'll feel stronger and more capable of going about your day in loving and healthy ways...

Remember, love yourself and you will heal!


You are a beautiful human being - worthy of so much love... Allow yourself to be a source of that love.

Research shows that people who treat themselves with loving kindness are happier and have a better mental wellbeing than those who don't... And from my own experiences of bulimia, recovery and working as a bulimia recovery coach - I can see that loving kindness is a powerful (and essential) step in the recovery journey...

To have a lasting recovery, self love is something you need to embrace, practice and open your mind and heart to.

I believe that self love is always there, in each and every one of us. We were born full of beautiful self love... It's only through years of layering on negativity and unkindness, that our self kindness gets smothered over...

Thankfully, you can strip back the unwanted layers - revealing your true self... the beautiful you, that is full of self kindness and love.
