In recovery with all of you wonderful people! Dealing with the painful, achy bloat. Does anyone have a recommendation of what type of probiotic to take and how much to take?
If you can get natural probiotics in the food you eat, I believe this is best. Try making homemade kefir, yoghurt and sauerkraut. All tasty probiotics :)
Alternatively, I would suggest going to a naturopath and asking for the best quality probiotics they can prescribe :)
