Knuckle redness/scarring

Immediately following a purge there's always redness on the knuckles (and tooth marks on the middle of the top of the hand if you're using 3 or 4 fingers like i do) on the hand you use to force yourself to vomit-

Over time there's usually a build up of hard scar like tissue also somewhat visible (feels harder to the touch than normal soft skin)
