I hope I can do it.
It's now my second week since I decided to be healthy. I am 24 and I started purging when I was 19. I decided to recover from Bulimia because my Blood count has been extremely low and my Doctor recommended me to take irons and vitamin C. I already gained X lbs in my first week of recovery and I'm so scared that my previous weight will rebound. I am doing this because I want to prepare my self in getting pregnant. I want to have enough iron in my body and I want to be a good child bearer. I do not know what to do to lose all these weight gained without purging. I assume this will be more in this next few weeks.
Please advice and give me courage to keep up...
