Unhealthy thought: I’ve got to eat something, it’s so delicious i can’t think i can make it without....(having already taken dinner)
Healthy thought: Ok, i’m full, i’ll do my homework and just let this craving go.

Unhealthy thought: I’m disgusting and fat and will have to live with it (after looking at my thighs)
Healthy thought: Maybe wouldn’t even stop to look at my thighs

Unhealthy thought: Eating is the only fun thing to do next (in the afternoon, waiting for dinner)
Healthy though: Ok, i can do homework and if it’s too boring i’ll watch a movie or something.
