They always hide food from their close ones and other people because they don't want people to be commenting on the amount of food eaten. If someone in your family or someone that you know always refuse to eat in front of others, but you have noticed that food always vanish without you knowing who ate it and when you ask them they also refuse they never ate it, you should keep an opened eye on them because bulimics both secreative and in denial.
