Hairbands on wrists

by Polly
(NZ)

I always have a hairband around my wrist so as I can tie my hair back after a binge. You never know when you are going to be forced into a situation where you binge and have to purge, so I find it convieniant to have one on hand at all times.

Sometimes I forget to untie my hair upon leaving the bathroom. Bad move.

I also wear a lot of bracelets. I remove them before each purge and have made it routine to return them to their alotted arm afterwards. Some of my plastic bracelets also double as hairbands when I am desperate.
