Guilty Eyes when talking about bulimia

When eating or talking about food I will get uncomfortable and look at others to gauge their reactions to see how I should act. Or I will act vague and avoid eye contact and change the subject.

O gosh yes. I eat in front of people so that i look normal and no one would suspect anything. I will eat so extra healthy (which is usually the same things)when i am around people because im terrified to eat anything unhealthy if i can not get rid of it. Now people know about my sickness and every time i eat i feel like they are starring at me because they know or they assume that i am going to run to the bathroom afterwards and puke...even if i am not and i have to pee i still wont go to the bathroom right after because of this reason. I think its just the guilty conscious we have weighing over our heads. Just know that you are not alone:)

oh, yeah.

i feel like running away or dying or screaming every time the a-holes in my class start to laugh and joke about bulimia. once, a stupid guy made himself puke to get out of math class. i felt like strangling him and everyone who was laughing like there was no tomorrow.

i wonder what they would say if they knew what i used to do to myself.
