confession-with the hope that it will help you more than it did to me...

I don't know how to win this thing...
I believe that the only solution would be going back...back,when everything went wrong...
Remember the good times,if there were any...
Living,surviving is hard enough...
At the end of the day you may feel that you do not deserve any better...
But maybe the only way is by simplifying your life...maybe trying Walden by Thoreau...
Try eating more fruits, maybe even try to be vegan or vegeterian...find a cause of living,of fighting...you could die tomorrow..."was it worthy?"??
talk to your husband,to your ego-mother,father or brother, talk to your boss, try to find some humanity in people...love your dog, learn from it...from his simplicity...
leave your job, leave the abusive father of your child,do sth...
Believe in yourself...Try to see a sunny morning...Try to feel it...
move away from your toxic environment...please,do sth, otherwise you 'll stay buried...and fortunately, there ARE things in this f* world that deserve your presence...find your passion...learn some tango argentino or how to ride your own motorcycle...learn about A.L.F or watch "The East"...
Kiss sb,leave another...try from scratch...it is the only thing you have...
Food is the most "innocent",socially accepted addiction...f* you society...
you are right...if you are in pain, there is sth there...painful... accept its presence and try to fix it or leave it behind you...it is your life...your epic end...please,make it count...
