An abnormal binger...

I ate 3 packets of crisps, 2 bowls of cereal, 2 hot chocolates with marshmallows, 1/4 of a betty crocker's cake, licked 2 bowls of brownie mixture...
Wasn't even hungry, still not stuffed but I know there's nothing in the kitchen that'll make me stop this evening's binge.
That is a first, I've never turned down the option of eating for something as simple as 'boredom'.
The 'abnormal' part is that I don't feel regret, shame, I let it pass. The only reason I come to this site and write this down is because I know that this is not:
1) Normal behavior
2) A healthy habit
Would really appreciate something to make me realise that food is not the answer to my woes.
