Recovery Newsletter 54 - 3 Tips to Having A Bulimia Free Christmas!
December 17, 2013

These days I love Christmas. It's a day of happiness, laughter, good people and good food. Christmas hasn't always been an easy time for me though - when I was bulimic, Christmas day was a blur from one binge to the next. The day would end and I'd feel desperately sad that another Christmas day had passed and all I'd focused on was the food. I'm sure you know how I feel.

The first Christmas of my recovery was a bit of a nervous time for me. I wanted it to go well and so I made a plan. I used 3 tips to help me get through the day - and they worked beautifully!

To help you along this Christmas, I'd like to share those tips with you. Click here to find out what they are and how to put them into practice yourself. Please make a real effort to use these tips this year - you deserve to have a beautiful day! (And I want to add that by using these tips you can still enjoy good amounts of delicious food, click the link to read more!)

Christmas is about love. The love for your family, for Jesus (if you're a Christian) and most importantly, the Love for yourself... Please show yourself love this Christmas by following the points I talk about in the article above :)

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and that the new year is your year for total recovery (I believe it will be!)

Lots of love,

P.S. You might remember in my last message I said that The Bulimia Recovery Programs new one-on-one recovery coaching plan would be launched any day. Well there was a slight delay, but the time has now arrived! I'll be emailing tomorrow with details about this exciting addition to the program and how you can get involved... Keep an eye out for my message!
