Firstly, I just want to say I am so sorry for not being in touch over the last 2 months... It has been such a busy (but good!) year. Tom and I got married 2 weeks ago and they are not kidding when they say it takes a lot of time and energy to plan a wedding! Anyway, life is settling back into it's gentle rhythms again and I am ready to start writing :)

So today I wanted to tell you about 4 tips you can use, starting right now, to help reduce (and eventually stop) the constant thoughts of food.
